Divi Links – Windows on Aruba recently refreshed its la carte brunch, and continues to offer gourmet food in a tranquil and elegant setting every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. till 2:00 p.m., inviting patrons to take a culinary journey up and down the lovely menu, by Executive Chef Paul Zijlstra, paired with bottomless flutes of brut champagne and mimosa. The tasteful dishes, the beautiful view and the live music, work together to present a most enjoyable afternoon.
The menu serves moderate portions of beautifully plated hot and cold appetizers, soups, main courses and desserts, thus allowing brunch-goers the freedom to sample as many dishes as they please.
The Brunch menu at Windows on Aruba features Breakfast Sweets such as Croissants and Danish, Waffles and Fruit or Pancakes and Syrup as starters, also tempting patrons with classic Egg Dishes such as Eggs and Salmon, Eggs and Hollandaise sauce.
An array of cold appetizers, with Duck and Pear, or Prosciutto and Truffles among them, introduce taste buds to a surprising, new combination.
Soup lovers find flavor and comfort in the creamy Pumpkin and Curry, or the heartier Onion and Gouda.
When the time for main course arrives, patrons consider Chicken and Blue Cheese, or Seafood and Saffron, Salmon and Mustard or Tenderloin and Ravioli all accompanied by interesting sides.
